Free Shipping

Shipping of Lavengel® is free within the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories will require additional postal charges that will be calculated based on the postal address. If you place an order to be shipped outside the contiguous U.S., you will be contacted by one of our human representatives about shipping rates.

Carrier + Method

Lavengel® is generally shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your product(s) should arrive in a #0 Bubble Mailer (6 x 10 in.) that can hold up to four (five, if we're crafty) boxes of Lavengel®. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, and most orders that arrive early in the day (i.e. before 12 p.m. EST) are shipped on the same day. The rest are shipped on the following business day. Barring a massive influx of orders, technical difficulties, zombie apocalypse, or plain old human error, most orders should arrive to you within 3 business days after the order is processed. If any order-related problems arise on our end, we will attempt to contact you via the email you provided or, if applicable, the email in your customer account.

First of all, thank you very much for your purchase. You're supporting a team of four people and two (part-time) dogs, and we really appreciate that. We hope that Lavengel® has served you and your canine comrade well. If it has not, and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return, letting our dogs smell it, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
