Shipping

Rates + Handling Fee

For individual products, we utilize the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Customers are charged a discounted shipping rate that is calculated and provided by USPS. These rates can change over time.

In addition, we charge a $0.50 handling fee per order. This helps cover the cost of our packaging, materials, and shipping labels.

Delivery times are approximate, based upon elected service and proximity of customer address. The fastest delivery time is not guaranteed.

We generally offer discounts, such as free or discounted shipping, if the order price (not including taxes) meets a certain amount. We reserve the right to change or halt or alter this shipping discount at our discretion.

Wholesale Case Rates

For case quantities (available only to approved professionals and retailers), shipping is added to the wholesale case price. Unless 2-day or overnight shipping is requested, we will opt for the most economical standard shipping rate. Check out our Wholesale page for more info on becoming a retailer.

Professionals with carrier accounts and access to pre-approved rates may elect to use those lower rates. Email us at orders@aoxbio.com for more information on case quantities and shipping rates.

Fulfillment

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and are generally filled within 12-18 hours of purchase.

Orders that are made early in the day (before 10 AM EST) are shipped on the same day. The rest are shipped on the following business day. Orders made on Saturday evenings, Sundays, or holidays are typically shipped the next business day.

Please note: we are a very small team with lives, dogs, kids, and grandkids to keep up with, so please allow up to 48 hours to process your order.

International Shipping

At this point, we do not ship internationally to individual customers looking to order low or single quantities. The costs are simply infeasible.

Carrier + Method

Individual orders of Lavengel® (less than 5 units) are generally shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and should arrive in a #0 Bubble Mailer envelope (6 x 9 in. / 15 x 23 cm). If Priority Mail is selected, a bubble envelope (12.5 x 9.5 in. / 32 x 24 cm). Orders of 5 or more are shipped in a small box.

After your order is processed and (gently) placed in the mail, you should receive an email with your tracking information.

Barring a large influx of orders, technical difficulties, zombie apocalypse, or general shipping delays during holidays (especially November-December), most orders should arrive to you within 2-8 business days after the order is processed. If any order-related problems arise on our end, we will attempt to contact you via the email you provided in the transaction or, if applicable, the email in your customer account.
