In July, Heather got into a motorcycle accident, resulting in severe second-degree "road rash" burns on her right shoulder and arm. She was briefly hospitalized.
Her mother Kathy, a friend of Lavengel's inventor, Dr. Andy Clark, told him about Heather's accident. Dr. Clark quickly gathered some Lavengel® samples and sent them her way once she was discharged from the hospital. He also went to the lab and whipped up a couple of samples of a Lavengel® serum that would be easier to spread across the sensitive skin. These were delivered roughly a week after the accident.

Heather applied the gel - and later, the serum - consistently for about 2 weeks and was amazed by the amount of relief that it gave on her burn wounds. Not only that, but the skin began healing quickly, with new, pink skin layers forming where the wreck had previously burned them off.
Within two weeks (the before / after photos were taken 12 days apart), you can see an enormous difference in Heather's second-degree burns. While we don't have any more photos, we were told that she continued to use Lavengel® and sent us (via Kathy) her deepest gratitude.
Lavengel® and Burns
This is not Lavengel's first test against burn wounds. In fact, we've been studying it for some time, and we had a burn study published in Antioxidants journal in 2023. To summarize a bit, Lavengel® is able to go above and beyond what the standard of care for burns can do in bringing better relief, faster skin repair, reduced scarring, and superior infection protection.
It is our hope in the near future to create a version of Lavengel® that will revolutionize burn care and help burn victims everywhere.
