Before and after comparison of a dog with severe demodex mange, fur loss, and leathery, scabbing skin versus the same dog fully cured

Mistro's Demodectic Mange

Disclaimer: Mistro was able to get back to good health with a combination of vet-directed treatments and Lavengel® for his itchy scabs and problem areas. While Lavengel® played an important role in his irritation moderation and skin repair process, we certainly cannot take full credit for his dramatic recovery.

Mistro is a dachshund mix that came down with a severe case of demodex mange. He lost all of his fur, developed awful swelling and scabbing, and looked like a very different dog. Frankly, we did not even realize he was a dachshund until we received his "after" photo. He was even in danger of euthanasia, but thankfully, his story didn't end there!

Mistro's anti-mange treatment from his veterinarian started working, which killed the mange mites. From there, he needed help reducing irritation, protection from infection, and getting his problem areas relieved and under control so his skin could heal. His parents decided to try Lavengel® on his scabs and itchy lesions, which worked wonders.

His skin calmed down and his fur began to grow back at a faster rate than even the vet expected! After about 6 weeks, Mistro looked like a different dog and is back to his happy, playful self again.

Here's what his owner's daughter Dana told us:

"My mother's dog Mistro had demodetic mange and has scabs all over his body and was healing slowly until using this [Lavengel®].

We were afraid initially he may have to be euthanized because nothing was helping him get better. He was miserable and hid under a blanket all the time.

His recovery process has been about six weeks so far, but since we found your product, he is no longer itching and rubbing himself raw like he was. It was just the added thing we needed with the medication from the vet to add the 'umph' in his healing process.

Mistro is recovering very quickly and has grown his hair back fast!!! The vet was mindblown. Thank you for what you do!"
